Among the strangest we've had; not a typical Sumatra! Cherry aroma giving way to complex mix of cherrywood, peapod, melon & a touch of clove. Wild!
This Strange Brü is strange for many reasons. Primarily because most Sumatra is wet-hull processed but these beans are natural processed for a fruitier profile. Also, we've never had Ayunda or Ateng Super varieties. And strangely no matter how light or varied the roast was, the beans insist on oiling up.
Give it a try and be surprised by this quirky addition to our rotating Micro Batch Line of Strange Brü beans!
